Although mental health has always been crucial, it is not always acknowledged in the workplace. Psychological and physical health are symbiotic; if one suffers, the other can be affected, leading to lower workplace morale.

A healthy workplace is where employees and leaders actively collaborate to support everyone’s health, safety, and well-being. Ideally, this collaboration should address mental health concerns essential for employees’ well-being.
