The importance of mental health awareness has increased. Still, the stigma associated with mental health issues remains a significant barrier to those seeking help.

The growing awareness of mental health reflects a broader understanding that well-being extends beyond the physical. Mental health issues affect a vast population segment, influencing quality of life, productivity, and happiness. Yet, despite increased awareness, many individuals still face prejudice and discrimination.
